What Wordheist collects
Wordheist does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, or advertising identifier. The game does not contain ads and does not track you across apps or websites.
To operate and improve the game, Wordheist may process the following limited information:
- A randomly generated installation identifier that is not tied to your real-world identity.
- Gameplay and product-interaction data, such as safe and stage progress, puzzle outcomes, timing, mistakes, tools used, and shop or restore-flow events.
- Purchase and entitlement status supplied by Apple so the game can deliver and restore purchases.
How the information is used
This information is used only to save progress, deliver purchased features, troubleshoot problems, understand game balance, and improve the player experience. It is not used for advertising, marketing profiles, or sale to data brokers.
Storage and Apple services
Progress, settings, balances, entitlements, and daily-heist status are stored on your device. Limited first-party analytics events may be sent to Apple CloudKit. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit; Wordheist never receives or stores your payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
On-device information remains until the app or its data is removed. Pending analytics events are stored locally only until delivery and are capped and replaced as needed. CloudKit analytics are retained only as reasonably needed for product analysis and troubleshooting. You may request deletion of CloudKit analytics associated with your installation identifier by contacting the address below.
Children
Wordheist is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect the limited data described here. This policy may be updated if the game or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
